摘要
通过对食用菌栽培用固体培养物料的微波灭菌工艺进行了试验研究.结果表明,微波能有效的杀灭食用菌栽培用固体培养物料内的杂菌,而且不会影响到食用菌的生长,与传统灭菌工艺相比微波灭菌还具有灭菌时间短,灭菌效率高的特点.该工艺为微波在食用菌生产中的应用提供了依据.
In this paper the microwave sterilization technique solid culture medium in fungus growth is studied. The results show that microwave can sterilize the useless microonganism of solid culture medium, but has no effect on fungus growth. It has the characteristics of short sterilization time and high efficiency compared with the traditional way of sterilization . The technique has provided basis for the application of microware in fungus production.
