摘要
目的完善院前急救资料的书写与管理,为医患双方提供有效的院前急救原始资料,避免医疗纠纷的发生。方法加强接线员、急救车和院前救治等环节资料的收集与管理,重视院前死亡、存在纠纷倾向的院前急救资料的存档管理。结果通过实践,因院前急救引发的医疗纠纷减少。结论加强对院前急救资料的存档管理,可规范医疗、护理行为,提高工作效率和防范医疗风险的意识,规避医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To improve the records and management of pre - admission first aid documentation,in order to provide effective original information both for patients and hospital,and avoid medical dispute. Methods We modified the management of records of first - aid call operator,ambulance,documentation of pre - admission first aid and paid close attention to the documentation of pre - admission first aid for patients with death and risk factors of medical disputes. Results This practice reduced the medical disputes due to pre - admission first aid. Conclusion Strengthening the documentation management of pre- admission first- aid can standardize the practice of firstaid, improve working efficiency, prevent risk factors and avoid medical disputes.
