摘要 目的探索合同制护士的真实身心体验。方法采用质性研究的方法对16名合同制护士进行深入访谈、现场录音和笔录,运用Colalzzi的分析程序对资料进行分析。结果合同制护士的身心体验包括6个主题,即角色模糊、安全感缺失、归属感缺失、自尊受损、个人成就前景渺茫、生理疲劳。结论合同制护士的身心健康状况不容乐观,管理者应转变观念,提高合同制护士的待遇;加快人事制度改革,实现同工同酬。 Objective To explore the physiological and psychological experience of employed nurses. Method A qualitative research was conducted on 16 employed nurses hy in - depth interview. The whole interview was recorded and noted. The data was analyzed according to Colaizzi' s phenomenological procedure. Results The experience could he classified into six aspects,including role ambiguity,lack of safety,lack of helongingness,low self - esteem, uncertainty of future career and fatigue. Conclusion It is suggested to pay attention to the physical and mental health of employed nurses,innovate management ideas,improve employed nurses' payment and rewards, hasten the reform of human resources system and realize equal pay for equal work.
