攻下清热活血中药对重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织NF-κB表达的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF GONGXIA QINGRE HUOXUE CHINESE HERBS ON NF-κB EXPRESSION IN PANCREATIC TISSUE OF RAT WITH SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS

摘要 目的:观察攻下清热活血中药对重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织NF-κB表达的影响。方法:3.5%牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管逆行注射建立大鼠模型,造模结束后,分别以不同剂量的攻下清热活血中药灌胃治疗,以奥曲肽皮下注射为对照,均每8小时1次,共3次。取胰腺组织HE染色观察大鼠胰腺组织学改变,免疫组化检测胰腺组织中NF-κBp65的表达。结果:模型组大鼠胰腺组织病理评分明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);应用大、小剂量中药治疗后大鼠胰腺组织病理评分较模型组明显下降(P<0.01)。模型组大鼠胰腺组织NF-κBp65表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);应用中药大剂量治疗后大鼠胰腺组织NF-κBp65表达较模型组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:攻下清热活血中药能明显改善重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织的病理学改变,抑制大鼠胰腺组织的NF-κBp65表达可能是其作用机理之一。 Objective:To observe the effect of gongxia qingre huoxue Chinese herbs on the expression of NF-κB in pancreatic tissue of rats with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:Severe acute pancreatitis models were established by retrograde injecting 3.5%sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct.After the model being built,the model rats were disposed with different dosage Chinese herbs,octreotide and the same capacity normal saline respectively.The drugs were given one time every 8 hours,altogether three times.The pancreatic tissue was taken to observe the pathological change after hematoxylin and eosin staining and assay the expression of NF-κBΡ65 by immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared with the normal group,the patho-score of pancreatic tissue in the model group were obviously increased,which were decreased obviously in the Chinese herbs group.The expression of NF-κBΡ65 in the model group was higher than that in the normal group,which were obviously lowered in the large dosage gongxia qingre huoxue Chinese herbs group and octreotide group.Conclusion:Gongxia qingre huoxue Chinese herbs can ameliorate the histopathology change of pancreatic tissue and inhibit the expression of NF-κB in pancreatic tissue of rat with severe acute pancreatitis.
