摘要
对犯罪行为进行文化分析,是对犯罪研究的一个独特视角。农村剩余劳动力流向城市,所带来的后果之一就是其文化背景发生了与以往较大的变化。农村人口大规模涌入城市,一方面为社会创造了财富,缩小了城乡差距。另一方面,也带来了许多不稳定因素,造成流动人口犯罪呈现高发态势。一定意义上说,流动人口犯罪是城市化所不得不付出的代价之一。
Cultural analysis of the criminality is a special angle of view in criminal study. Surplus labors of the rural area flows towards the cities, as a result of which their cultural background has changed a lot. On the one hand, the rural population has created wealth for the society and reduced the gap between city and countryside, while on the other hand, many insecure factors have emerged that the criminality committed by floating population has increased. To a certain extent, this kind of crime is one of the expenses of urbanization.
