叙述了软件标准符合性测试方法，提供了断言类型判定、测试级别、测试套集、测试工具等关键技术的解决方案，对软件标准测试。
It is a need to measure the conformance of a software product to its standards in order to consolidate the software standardization and promote software industry.Method of conformance measurement is given.Solutions to test level,design of test suite,functions of test tool are also given.It can be used to guide software test,software quality measurement and quality assurance.
