摘要
目的分析重氮法与多层膜片法检测血清胆红素的差异。方法抽取40例血清胆红素增高的病人分别用两种方法测量。结果两种方法测总胆红素和间接胆红素有较好的一致性,总胆红素平均变异系数是2.7%,间接胆红素与未结合胆红素的平均变异系数是20.4%,测量的直接胆红素与结合胆红素的差异更大。结论对于高胆红素的血清标本,两种方法测量能产生不同的结果,差异产生的根本原因是δ-胆红素的存在导致。实验室对于高胆红素的标本应该建立自己的参考范围,或者采用相关性曲线校正。
Objective To compare and analyse the difference between the two methods (conventional heavy nitrogen method and multilayer film method)of serum bilirubin.Method 40 hyperbilirubinemia serum sample was selected randomly, the bilirubin of the samples was measured with biochemistry analysor of HITACH 7600 and VITROR 250,and SPSS 10.0 was used to analyse the data.Results There was no significant difference between the two methods for total bilirubin determination (P〉0.05),yet the difference between the unconjugated bilirubin and conjugated bilirubin was highly significant(P〈0.001).Conclusion For hyperbilirubinemi sample,the two methods may produce different results because of the presence of δ -bilirubin.Laboratory should establish its own referent ranges for bilirubin determination or perform a correlation study if two different methods for bilirubin measurement exit.Unconjugated bilirubin result obtained by multilayer film method may be more sensitive for diagnosis.
