摘要
介绍了PTA装置氧化反应器,通过提高塔板开孔率、塔板整体更换措施进行扩产改造的情况。改造后氧化反应器的产能扩大到8.3万t,10万t,经济效益明显。
The capacity increasing modification conditions of PTA oxidation reactor were introduced. The contermeasures included increasing the perforated rate of the column tray and replacing the whole column tray. After modification,the capacity of PTA oxidation reactor was increased to 8.3 × 10^4 t and 10 × 10^4 t. The economic benefit was obvious.
