窄谱中波紫外线照射配合药物治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法将137例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组。治疗组93例,采用NB-UVB照射配合其他药物治疗,对照组44例,仅用药物治疗。以银屑病皮损面积和疗效指数评价对比两组的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈61例(65.59%),显效22例(23.66%),有效10例(10.75%),总显效率(痊愈+显效)为89.25%。对照组痊愈26例(59.09),显效8例(18.18),有效9例(20.45),总显效率为77.27%。两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(χ2=5.01,P<0.05)。治疗组疗程结束时NB-UVB平均照射剂量为1.48 J/cm2,平均照射次数为17.4次,累积照射剂量为19.2 J/cm2,有6例患者出现皮肤干燥、瘙痒灼热感等不良反应。结论采用NB-UVB照射联合其他方法治疗寻常型银屑病安全、方便,疗效可靠,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the curative effects of NB-UVB radiotherapy on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 137 cases psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group (93 cases) treated with NB-UVB radiotherapy and the contrast group (44 cases) treated with drugs. The curative effects were evaluated in terms of the area of injury and therapeutic effect indexes. Results In the treatment group, 61 (65.59%) recovered, 22 (23.66 % ) got greatly improved, 10 (10.75 % ) got some effect, and the total obviously effective rate was 89.25%. In the contrast group,26(59.09%) got over,8(18.18%) got greatly improved,9(20.45%) got some effect,and the total obviously effective rate was 77.27%. There existed significant difference between the two groups(χ^2= 5.01, P d0.05). The average irradiation dosage in the treatment group was 1.48J/cm^2, and the average frequency was 17.4 times, and the total irradiation dosage was 19.2J/cm^2. Exrosis cuffs, cutaneous pruritus and heat sensation occurred in 6 cases. Conclusion Combined use of NB-UVB irradiation and drugs can help to produce good effect on psoriasis vulgaris.
