摘要
采用均匀设计优化试验方法研制了一种低纤维素型全位置立向下焊焊条,开发的焊条具有优良的焊接工艺性能,电弧稳定、易脱渣、焊缝成形好,立向下焊容易、飞溅率小、烟尘少等。根据国家标准,测定了焊缝金属的抗拉强度、延伸率和在0℃和-30℃的冲击韧性等力学性能,结果表明,焊条具有优良的力学性能。该焊条可广泛用于重要结构的焊接。
Through experiments with uniform design,a new kind of low cellulose content type covered electrode for all position and vertical down welding has been researched.The developed electrode produces excellent operating characteris- tics such as arc stability,slag detachment,bead shape,verti- cal down welding performances,welding spatter and fumes. Mechanical properties of weld metal such as tensile strength, elongation,and Charpy impact toughness(at 0?C and ? 30? C)were tested according to national standards.The results shows that the electrode has excellent mechanical properties in contrast to other electrodes.The electrode developed may be widely used for the welding of important structures.
