摘要
P89C669是基于PHILIPS 51MX结构的一颗新型微处理器,他的线性地址最大可以支持8 MB的程序空间和8 MB的数据空间。设计的电路充分利用线性地址资源扩展较多的外部设备,采用一颗CPLD芯片(EPM7032S)对外部设备扩展进行设计,减少了MCU外围芯片,降低了设计成本,同时扩展电路也具有可编程设计的特点,方便电路的多次改进。
The P89C669 is a Flash microcontroller based on PHILIPS Semiconductors' new 51MX core. The linear address range of 51MX(Memory eXtension)has been expanded to support up to 8 Mb of program memory and 8 Mb of data memory. To make advantage of the linear address of P89C669 for expanding much more devices such as RAM,ROM or others, we use a CPLD chip(EPMT032S) in our system designed for a product's control unit. The circuit designed may be modified by programming on CPLD,So it provides more convenience for designers.
