摘要
作为p53家族成员之一,p73无论在结构还是功能上都与p53具有很大的相似性,但在很多方面却表现出不同甚至相反的作用。p73通过多种机制参与了肿瘤的发生、发展过程。在妇科肿瘤中,p73通过突变、甲基化、杂合性缺失等方式参与了其发生发展的过程。本文就p73在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
As a newly discovered family member of p53, p73 has big similarity with p53 in structure and function, while it also has reversal effect in some aspects, p73 can participate in the genesis and development of tumor by kinds of mechanisms, which also takes part in the genesis and development of gynecological tumor by methods of mutation,methylation, heterozygosity deletion. ＇ntis hrticle reviews progresses of p73 in gynecological tumor.
