详细介绍了某台36MW机组运行中出现的异常振动现象。产生振动异常的处理情况。通过对机组振动的全面监测和分析,判定振动异常是由于轴承油膜失稳和轴系不平衡所引起的。通过调整中心、修改轴承以及高速动平衡,机组振动达到优良标准。
The paper describes the abnormal vibration faults of a 36MW gas turbine generator during operation. By monitoring the vibration data of the total unit, we decide that the abnormal vibration is caused by beating oil whirling and rotor unbalance. Adjustment of bearing gap elevation and rotor balance are thus used to solve the vibration problem with good effect. The unit operates reliably after the adjustment.
