摘要
就如何解决资源型城市转型并实现资源型城市可持续发展问题,提出了解决资源型城市现存问题的创新理论体系框架。并在生态创新、技术创新和制度创新等方面如何实施与操作进行了具体探讨,为我国资源型城市转型与发展提供了理论与实践指导。
How to resolve problem of resourced-based cities transition and achieve its sustainable development, put forward innovation theory system of resource-based cities to resolve existed problem. Then discuss how to put them into practice as some aspects of ecological innovation, technology innovation and system innovation, it provides theory and practice for transition and development of resource-based cities in China.
