摘要
从西宁和格尔木市体育教师科研参与度和不同学历、职称体育教师科研成果入手,分析其研究内容、类型、方法以及课题来源,得出制约教师科研的诸多客观因素:教师缺乏科研意识,科研能力有待提高,管理部门缺乏正确引导等结论,并提出了改进建议。
From the aspects of the participating percentage of city gym instructors and the achievements in scientific research of city gym instructors of different diplomats and rifles in Xining and Geermu,the paper analyzes its research content, the type, the method as well as the topic origin. And it is concluded that there are many objective factors to restrict teacher＇s scientific research, and the teachers lack the consciousness to do the scientific research, and the ability of scientific research is need to be enhanced and the control section fail to make the correct guidance. From the basis it makes some improvement suggestions.
