摘要
目的通过指导接受固定矫治器治疗的患者使用含氟漱口液,以期找到一种简便有效的方法来防治牙釉质脱矿,从而应用氟化物防治固定正畸治疗中的牙釉质脱矿。方法从正在接受固定正畸治疗的恒牙列患者中随机选择40例上前牙明确诊断为釉质脱矿的患者,随机分配到试验组(使用含氟漱口液)和对照组(使用非含氟漱口液),每组各20例,分别比较3个月后及6个月后牙釉质脱矿程度的变化。结果基线时2组患者牙齿釉质脱矿数和脱矿程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3个月时试验组(使用含氟漱口液组)牙釉质脱矿程度降低了17.6%,对照组降低了6.25%,2组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月时试验组(使用含氟漱口液组)牙釉质脱矿程度降低了73.5%,对照组降低了12.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。试验组6个月时牙釉质脱矿程度与基线时相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在固定正畸治疗中,含氟漱口液能有效防治牙釉质脱矿。
Objective To find a simple and effective way to prevent enamel decalcification by guiding patients wearing fixed appliance to use fluoride, mouth rinse. Methods 40 selected patients treated with fixed appliance were randomly divided into two groups (n = 20 each) , the fluoride mouth rinse test group and the placebo control group. The number of decalcified teeth and the severity of enamel decalcification were evaluated and compared after three months and after six months. Results No significant differences in number of decalcified teeth or degree of enamel decalcification were present between the two groups before treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). After 3 months ; some improvements were noticed, but the differences between the two groups were insignificant ( P 〉 0.05 ). 6 months later, evident improvement of enamel decalcification was noticed in 25 out of the 34 patients, i.e. 73.5% in the test group, much better than the 12.5% in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Significant improvement of enamel decalcification in the fluoride mouth rinse test was noticed after 6 months ( P 〈 0.05 ), not after 3 months. Conclusion Fluoride mouth rinse can effectively prevent and treat enamel decalcification in fixed -orthodontic treatment.
