摘要
目的:促进高校医院转型社区卫生服务充分发挥作用。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式。结果:高校社区卫生服务有学校的经费保障,在人力、物力、财力方面也有其优势,使得机构能较好的提供某些服务,并且运营良好,但遗留的某些历史性问题,使其不能完全发挥社区卫生服务应有的作用。结论:高校医院转型社区卫生服务顺应当前发展趋势,但需要多方努力营造有利的外部环境,并结合自身优势,充分发挥其功能。
Objective To prompt transformed community health services of the higher education to fully display their ability. Methods Questionnaire investigation and interview were adopted. Results With the financial protection as well as their advantages in human, physical and financial resources, these facilities can finely offer some services and operate smoothly. But some historical problems left prevent them from fulfilling their roles as community health services. Conclusion Transformed community health services of the higher education conform to the current trend, but joint efforts are needed to establish a favorable external environment coupled with their advantages to stimulate them to play their stated roles.
