摘要
为了克服常规酸化工艺中酸液反应快、作用距离短的缺点,研制出了一种新型砂岩酸体系——DST-1酸液体系,并考察了该体系的性能,结果为:DST-1酸液体系与天然砂岩样的反应速率缓慢,在82℃下15 min内的溶蚀率仅为常规土酸的1/3,反应480 min的总溶蚀率则与常规土酸相当;在90℃和120℃下,Fe3+浓度为5000mg/L时,稳定铁离子的能力达到3720 mg/L;DST-1酸液体系残酸样对黏土及细粉状碎屑的悬浮和分散作用强,静置240 min以上,残酸液才趋向澄清。岩心实验中,DST-1酸液体系对短岩心渗透率的提高倍数是常规土酸的1.6倍,对串联岩心各段岩心渗透率的提高倍数相当。
Acid solutions used in stimulation have a high reaction speed and short working distance.To deal with this problem,a new acid solution,DST-1,was formulated and performance evaluated.Lab research showed that DST-1 had a slow reaction speed with sandstones,which is only 1/3 of that of the mud acid at 82 ℃ in 15 min,and equaled to that of the mud acid when reacted with sandstones for 480 min.At 90 ℃ and 120 ℃,the new acid solution can stabilize Fe3+ at 3270 mg/L at a Fe3+ concentration of 5000 mg/L.The residue acid of DST-1 had strong suspension and dispersion function over clay and powders: the residue acid became clear after 240 min of standing.In core experiment,the permeability return of the short cores by DST-1 is 1.6 times of that by mud acid,while in series core experiment,the core permeability return by DST-1 is almost the same as that by mud acid.
