摘要
采用超浓反相乳液聚合法对AA/AM/AMPS三元单体共聚合,合成出了钻井液用降滤失剂,研究了加盐对产物降滤失性能和稳定性的影响,并通过热重分析法和差示扫描量热法对合成聚合物进行了表征。结果表明,盐的存在一定程度上提高了聚合物乳液的降滤失性能及稳定性,但对聚合物的耐热性能没有显著的影响。
A new filtration control agent was developed using the ultra-concentrated reverse emulsion polymerization of three monomers: AA/AM/AMPS.The effects of salt on the filtration control and stability of the product was studied.Characterization of the product was done using thermogravimetry(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The laboratory research showed that the addition of salts to the product enhanced the filtration control performance of the product,but has little effect on the thermo-stability of the polymer.
