摘要
随着信息技术和网络技术的高速发展,对智能大厦的管理要求也越来越高,原来的对大厦内各子系统(或设备)的分散管理或者只将部分子系统(或设备)进行简单的综合管理已不能满足甲级智能大厦的管理要求。本文通过魏公大厦这—具体工程实例,具体叙述了智能楼宇管理系统(BMS)如何对各子系统进行统一的、集成的综合管理的设计方法。
Along with the development of the information technology and the networking, the request is higher to the intelligent building management, the disperser management or only carries on the partial subsystems（or equipment） simply before is not be able to satisfy A-grade intelligence building. This article regarded Wei Gong building, the concrete project, as an example to give a specific description of intelligent building management systems how to managing the subsystems for a unified integrated management of design method.
