摘要
在 EPDM、顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)的二甲苯溶液中,加入质量浓度为0.025 kg/L 的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO),在100~139℃下进行顺酐化反应,可制备顺酐化 EPDM。结果表明,在 BPO/EPDM(质量比)为0.006,MAH/EPDM(质量比)为0.285时,产物结合 MAH 质量分数约20%,MAH 利用率约70%。在聚甲醛/顺丁橡胶共混物中加入2.5份顺酐化 EPDM,其缺口冲击强度比未添加者提高约2.0kJ/m^2,拉伸强度亦略有提高;当顺丁橡胶与顺酐化 EPDM 用量为10份时,产物缺口冲击强度为8.9kJ/m^2,拉伸强度为40.8 MPa。
The maleated EPDM(MEPDM)was pre- pared by heating maleic anhydride(MAH)and EPDM in the presence of initiator benzoyl peroxide(BPO)at 100~139℃.The effect of BPO concentration,MAH concentration,re- action time and temperature on the content of MAH in MEPDM was investigated.It was found that when the mass ratio of BPO/ EPDM was 0.006,MAH/EPDM was 0.285, the content of MAH reached 20%,and the reactive percent of MAH was about 70%. Adding 2.5 phr of MEPDM to the poly- oxymethylene(POM)/cis-1,4-BR blend, its notched impact strength increased about 2.0 kJ/m^2,the tensile strength increased slightly.When the amount of cis-1,4-BR and MEPDM was 10 phr,its notched impact strength was 8.9 kJ/m^2 and tensile strength was 40.8 MPa.
