摘要
采用单辊急冷技术制备了厚度为30!m、宽度为60mm的CuNiSnP钎料箔带,对其进行了XRD、SEM和DTA分析。结果表明:该钎料的熔点、润湿性、抗拉强度等均满足铜硬钎焊散热器的钎焊要求;可替代进口钎料;无钎剂,无污染。
The Cu-Ni-Sn-P brazing filler metal foils have been fabricated by single roller method and analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and differential thermal analysis (DTA). It is found that melting point ,wetting characteristics and tensile strength of the foils can meet the reguirement of CuproBraze copper and copper alloy heat exchangers . It is self-fluxing and nontoxic. It is the replacement of import brazing filler.
