摘要
当前国有企业改革中最重要的问题之一是治理模式中漠视职工作为企业控制权主体角色。从企业的生产性和契约性、企业的资源构成、企业控制权的层次结构和国有企业职工的双重产权身份方面分析,我们认为国有企业职工不仅能够分享企业控制权,而且应该分享企业控制权。
The staffs of SOE are the subjects of the control rights, but it is often ignored in the corporate govemance and has become one of the most important problems in current reform of SOEs. In this thesis, we analyze SOEs productivity and contractual property; the structure of resources; the structure of control rights and the double property rights of workers in SOEs. We try to discover that not only the staffs can share the control rights but also they should share the control rights in SOEs.
