摘要
对碱提菜子多糖及其级分多糖进行了体外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明,碱提菜子粗多糖和级分多糖都能够减少小鼠肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)的生成,抑制肝线粒体肿胀和红细胞氧化溶血。
The anti-oxidative effect of RSPS was studied in this paper. The results showed that RSPS has anti-oxidation effect in vitro, they can inhibit the formation of MDA in mice liver ,the swelling of mice liver mitochondria and the hemolysis of RBC. The capabilities of deoxidation and increasing the enzymes associated with anti-oxldation were revealed to be the possible mechanism of RSPS to inhibit oxidation.
