摘要
阐述和分析了天然气长输管道分输站的计量系统在设计、安装、使用及标定中一些容易被忽视的问题:环境温度对测量的影响和保护套管与传感器的设计及安装所造成的测量误差;导压管根部安装的要求以及取压阀、导压管的选型要求;节流装置的维护、孔板的使用周期以及撬装设备所存在的缺陷;模拟信号传输与数字信号传输在系统构成中的综合误差对比;变送器的进水问题及供气方式问题。
A few problems which is commonly neglected in natural gas transmission station calculating system is discussed and analyzed. Those are the environment temperature affect the measuring result, and the measuring error produced by th e design or installation of protecting casing and sensor; and the installing dem and and sizing demand of valves and pipes; as well as the water inlet problem of transmitter; and so on.
