摘要
[目的]了解信阳市实行网络直报后,对传染病报告发病率的影响。[方法]运用SPSS12.0统计软件、EXCEL分析软件,作χ2检验和时间序列分析t检验。[结果]2004年、2005年甲乙类传染病报告发病率分别比2003年上升了20.39%(χ2=282.48,P﹤0.001)和43.44%(χ2=1172.89,P﹤0.001),2004年、2005年甲乙类传染病报告发病率比近5年平均报告发病率上升了40.31%(χ2=855.75,P﹤0.001)、67.17%(χ2=2158.87,P﹤0.001),两年甲乙类传染病报告发病趋势与2003年完全一致,与近5年平均报告发病趋势也完全一致。[结论]网络直报模式下信阳市2004年、2005年甲乙类传染病报告发病率虽然上升较明显,但对总体发病趋势并没有影响。
[Objective] To analyze the effects of the direct network report system on the report incidence rate of communicable diseases in Xinyang. [Methods] Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software package version 12.0 for Windows and Microsoft Excel to perform X^2 test and time sequence test. [ Results] Compared with that in 2003, the report incidence rates of class A and B communicable diseases in 2004 and 2005 increased by 20.39% (X^2= 282.48, P 〈 0.001 ) and 43.44% (X^2 = 1 172.89, P〈 0.001) respectively, which were 40.31% and 67.17% higher than the average incidence rates in the recent 5 years (X^2 = 855.75, P〈 0.001, X^2 = 2158.87, P〈 0.001) . The report epidemic tendency of the two classes of communicable disease in 2004 and 2005 was consistent with that in 2003, as well as the average report epidemic tendency in the recent 5 years. [Conclusion] The report incidence rates of class A and B communicable diseases increase under the direct network report mode in 2004 and 2005 in Xinyang but don' t have much influence on the overall incidence tendency.
