摘要
把带坡面的PVC-U管段分别浸渍在不同温度的二氯甲烷溶剂内,放置不同的时间,根据其破坏情况分析了温度和浸渍时间对PVC-U管材二氯甲烷浸渍实验的影响。结果表明:①在相同温度下,坡口处的破坏面积随浸渍时间的延长缓慢增加。②在相同浸渍时间下,坡口处的破坏面积随温度升高明显增加,而且内表面也出现破坏现象;同时,温度的影响要大于浸渍时间的影响。③管材在不同位置的塑化情况有所差别,外表面、内表面、中间层(坡面)的塑化度依次降低。④正常塑化的合格管材在15、20℃时,浸渍时间在30 min以内没有出现破坏现象。
Through impregnating PVC-U pipe segments with a sloping surface in dichloromethane solvents at different temperture for different time,the influcnccs of temperature and impregnating time on the dichtoromethanc impregnating experiments of PVC - U pipcs were analyzed according to the destruction conditions. The results showed that: (1)at the same temperature, the drstruction area of groove increased slowly with the increase of impregnating time. (2)impregnating for the same time, the drstruction area of groove increased obviously with the increase of temperature, and the inner surface was also destroyed. The inluence of temperature was greater than that of impregnating time. (3)The plasticizing states at different position of PVC- U pipes were different,the plasticizing degree of external surface, inner surface and intermediate laycr(i, c. sloping surface) reduced in turn. (4)no destruction was found for qualified PVC - U pipes plasticized normally under 15 and 20 ℃ within 30 minutes impregnating time.
