摘要
目的:研究黄瓜香对红细胞自氧氧化溶血的作用。方法:在540nm波长处,采用可见光分光光度法进行测定。结果:黄瓜香对红细胞自氧氧化溶血表现出不同程度的抑制作用,浓度在0.75g/ml时抑制作用最强。结论:黄瓜香在红细胞自氧氧化过程中能抗氧自由基引发的膜脂质氧化,保护细胞膜,对红细胞自氧氧化损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To study the role of Huangguaxiang(Viola diffusa Ging) on antioxidative red Blood cell hemolytic.Method:540nm as wavelength,measured by visible spectrophotometry.Result:The role of Huangguaxiang on antioxidative red Blood cell hemolytic demonstrated varying degrees of oxidation inhibition.0.75g/ml inhibited when the concetration of the strongest.Conclusion:Huangguaxiang can resist lipid peroxidation triggered by free radical in erythrocyte oxidation process and protect the cell membranes.It plays a protective role in oxidative damage to RBC.
