摘要
介绍了单相电压型三电平四象限变流器工作原理。在分析了SPWM调制方式和瞬态电流控制原理的基础上,提出了一种直流侧两电容上电压平衡的方法,并在MATLAB环境下进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明:在合理选择电压平衡系数的情况下,该方法不仅能够有效地平衡直流侧两电容上的电压,也能够使开关频率满足要求。
The working principle of the single-phase voltage-source 4-quadrant converter is introduced. On the basis of the analysis on SPWM modulation mode and transient current control theory, a new method of voltage balance on the capacitors in DC side is proposed, and computer simulation is carried out in MATLAB. The simulation results show that with the method, the capacitor voltages in the DC side are balanced effectively and the switch frequency reaches requirement.
