摘要
选PVC生产车间废弃的电石渣和盐泥作为固硫和固硫添加剂可达到较好的固硫效果,而单独的电视渣则达不到好的固硫效果,从添加剂的作用来看,可认为是对固硫反应的催化,抑制固硫产物CaCO3的分解和改善固硫剂的微观结构,文中就盐泥作固硫添加剂在固硫反应过程中的作用机理进行探索。
That choosing solid wastes, calcium carbide dreg and salt slurry, in PVC plant as fixed sulfur reagent and additive reagent can obtain better effect, but calcium carbide dreg alone can not obtain good effect. Consider the function of additive reagent, it can catalyze fixed sulfur reaction, control decomposition of calcium carbonate, improve macro - structure of fixed sulfur reagent. In this article, mainly probe into the effect of salt slurry as addictive reagent in mechanism of fixed sulfur reaction.
