摘要
中小企业作为我国市场经济的主体,在现代市场经济发展进程中要不断进行创新管理。中小企业的创新管理,应从技术创新、管理创新和制度创新入手,考虑优化人力资本的配置。中小企业创新的关键是企业人力资本的更新,而更新人力资本的重要途径是吸纳新的、有一定专业知识的大学毕业生。大学生就业中小企业,要在精神上有充分的准备,在行为上要适应中小企业的发展需要,要树立新的创业观。
SMEs in China' s market economy as the main body, in a modem market economy devdopment process should be constantly innovative manage-meat.
