摘要
20世纪80年代中期以来,瑞典政府为了鼓励中小企业创新,在完善法律法规、建立中介组织、完善服务体系等方面采取了一系列政策,提升了国家竞争力。瑞典的创新政策,为浙江建设创新型省份,促进中小企业可持续发展提供了经验。
The measures of adyancing technological innovation of the small-and-medium enterprises in Sweden mainly to establish related laws and plans , build up the specialized organization, enhance the policy to support and provide the all-diction service and so on.. To establish the prmoting system of technological innovatitm of the small-and-medium enterprises in Zhejiang needs to set up the powerful service-and-manage system of government, establish the specialized operation organization, and foster entreprneurs of science and technology and so on.
