介绍一种用于高温气体净化的实用新型的玻璃钢洗涤器,筒体及顶盖皆为玻璃钢制,耐高温耐稀酸腐蚀的进气管采用碳钢衬铅再衬耐酸瓷砖,用非金属伸缩节将进气管与玻璃钢筒体连接,设备的耐蚀性能高、制造成本低。
The paper introduced a new-type fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) scrubber for high-temperature gas cleaning. The drum and top cover of the scrubber are made of FRP, its high-temperature resistant and acid resistant intake pipe is made of carbon steel with lead and acid resistant ceramic tile linings, which is connected to the FRP drum through a non-metal expansion joint. The equipment has the advantage of high corrosion resistance and low manufacturing cost.
