摘要
"以人为本"是现代大学教育的哲学观,是现代大学最重要的办学理念,也是高校学生管理工作的重要理念。公安高校担负着为公安机关培养和输送高素质公安人才的重任。为此,公安高校学生警务化管理工作更应适应形势发展的需要,在管理工作中注重树立"以人为本"的管理理念,通过观念创新、内容创新、机制创新等完善原有的警务化管理的体制和方法,这样,才能培育出全面发展的公安人才以服务于公安实践。
The ＂Human-based＂ Concept is a philosophical one in modem university education, it is the most important concept for running a university and managing university students as well. Public security colleges and universities bear a magnificent mission to cultivate and provide police with high qualities for public security organs. For this reason, the policing administration in public security colleges and universities should meet a higher standard to adjust to the new situational development, and establish ＂Human-based＂ concept in administration work. With the innovation of concepts, contents and mechanism, the former policing administrative system and measures get improved. Only with this can we cultivate all-rounded police to serve for the public security practice.
