摘要
通过对百度"知道"进行考察,从问答模式、悬赏机制、互动机制等方面剖析百度"知道"的特点,与数字参考咨询进行比较分析,提出数字参考咨询应改进问答模式、实施激励机制、引入互动机制,以实现数字参考咨询的可持续发展。
On base of reviewing baidu "knowing", the characteristics of it was analyzed on three aspects: the mode of asking-answering,mechanism of offering a reward, mechanism of interaction, and compared with digital reference service. As a result, the author advises that it should be suggested that improving the mode of asking-answering, actualizing mechanism of inspiration, importing mechanism of interaction of digital reference service in order to realize the sustainable development.
