摘要
介绍国内首次将在线近红外光谱分析技术应用于中国石化广州分公司重整装置先进过程控制(APC)系统的情况,该项目的成功实施说明在线近红外光谱分析技术完全可以实时、准确和完整地给APC提供所需的分析数据,而且分析仪日常维护费用低,几乎没有消耗品,解决了长期制约先进过程控制发展的一个关键技术问题。对APC实现装置的平稳优化生产,提高目的产品产率、降低能耗,最终提高经济效益起到了显著作用。
The domestic on-line near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology was first applied in advanced process control system of a 400,000 TPY CCR unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Petrochemical Company and good results have been achieved in operation. The analyzer can provide all real-time accurate analysis data required of naphtha and reformate, such as octane number and PONA compositions for advanced process control system, which has solved a critical difficult technical problem perplexing the APC application.
