摘要
通过正交试验,研究了不同酶种类、底物浓度、酶浓度和水解时间对水解猪血红蛋白制备血红素的影响,结果表明:碱性蛋白酶是制备血红素的最佳酶,最优组合是:碱性蛋白酶+底物浓度4%+酶浓度2000U/g+水解时间10h。
Effects of different substrate concentration, enzyme concentration and hydrolysis time on haemachrome preparation from porcine hemoglobin were studied by the orthogonal experiments. The results showed: alkaline protease was the best enzyme for obtaining hemochrome, the best conditions for haemachrome preparation was alkaline protease + substrate concentration of 4% + enzyme concentration of 2000U/g + hydrolyzing for 10h.
