摘要
利用X射线衍射、力学性能、化学结合水以及酸溶等方法研究了花岗岩的蒸压特性。结果表明,蒸压条件下,花岗岩石灰系统中存在一个合理的C/S比,此时可以获得较高强度。在1.2MPa饱和蒸汽压下,蒸压时间大于8h后制品强度趋于稳定。花岗岩中云母没有参与水热反应,长石对蒸压制品的强度有贡献。花岗岩中水热反应所形成的水化产物托贝莫来石、C-S-H(I)等为花岗岩石灰蒸压制品强度的主要提供者。
Autoclave performance of granite was studied by using XRD,mechanical property,bound water and acid solution. The results show that the autoclave granite lime system exist optimum C/S ratio,and can obtain high compressive strength. At 1.2MPa saturated steam pressure,the compressive strength of the product is stable when autoclaved time is higher than 8h. And mica can’t react with lime,feldspar reacts with lime in granite. Tobermirite produced in water thermal reaction of granite and C-S-H(I) are main calcium silicate hydrates in autoclave granite lime system and main contributor for its compressive strength of autoclave granite produce.
