摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备掺铁纳米TiO2,用XRD、TEM等方法进行了表征;研究了掺铁纳米TiO2催化降解含阿奇霉素废水的效率。结果表明,焙烧温度会影响纳米TiO2晶型的转变;混合晶型的纳米TiO2催化效率高于锐钛矿型;Fe掺杂以后,可以明显提高TiO2的催化活性,且在废水pH为6.4,紫外光源为20 W照射30 m in时的降解效果最佳。
Nanoparticle Fe -TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method, the surface morphology was characterized by XRD and TEM;The rate of UV photocatalytic degradation pharmaceutical wastewater was measured. The results showed that the temperature of heat treatment could effect the change of crystal of nanoparticle TiO2 ; Mixed structure was higher in photocatalytic activity than anatase TiO2 ; Photocatalytic activity of nanoparticle TiO2 could be increased greatly after doping Fe, and the photodegradation efficiency of nanoparticle TiO2 was best under the condition of 20 W,pH 6.4,30 min.
