摘要
以劳动为中介,企业理论构成广义政治经济学和狭义政治经济学的重要逻辑接口。从马克思和恩格斯演绎的劳动逻辑看,劳动价值论具有优良的数理品质,企业视角内生于科学劳动价值论体系之中;从劳动演化的视角看,劳动过程和契约的联袂,生成了马克思主义劳动合约理论;从这一意义上讲,企业可以规定为嵌入劳动过程中执行特定经济职能的一整套合约安排,即劳动合约,企业的完整本质是历史规定与社会规定的统一。马克思企业理论的这一现代发展将会为马克思主义政治经济学带来更多的理论荣誉。
In Marxist system, the theory of labor value is the basic method and means of historic materialism, which can be extended to Marxist labor theory. Marxist enterprise theory is the important logic juncture of political economy research between in broad sense and in narrow sense. The paper＇s content contains： （1） Marxist theory of labor value has the excellent symbolic quality, and the perspectives of enterprise analysis can be embedded in the system of scientific theory of labor value; （2） Marxist contract theories of labor are built by the connection between the theory of labor process and contract based on the perspectives of labor evolution; （3） The total determination of the nature of enterprise is the unification of history determination and social determination which can be summed up by the special use of the labor contract. This modern development of Marxist enterprise theory gives the more honors of theory to Marxist political economy.
