摘要
采用基于IPC和工业组态软件的控制方案,解决了高压阀类产品性能参数的高速采集和存储问题,完成了对采集数据的显示和曲线分析;通过PLC高速计数功能对流量计进行高精度的实时测频,完成实时流量测量;对系统中使用的高压手动调节阀进行了创新型的改造,实现了高压下其行程的自动调节;设计出了通用的阀类产品测试平台。该系统已应用于某军品高压阀类产品性能参数的测试线中,采集速度最高达到了20次/秒,精度达到了0.3%以上。
Based on the control system of IPC and industrial configuration software, the problem of collecting and storing in high speed of performance parameters of high pressure valve class products was solved, and data display, as well as curve analysis was realized. The real-time frequency signal for flux of flow meter was measured with high accuracy by using high speed counter of PLC. With the innovating alteration for high pressure manual regulator valve which be used in system, auto-regulation of valve opening was carried out in high pressure instance. A universal test-platform for different valves was designed. This data acquisition system has been used in a project of performance parameter testing of military valve class products, the upper limit date picking rate can reach to 20 times/s and the measuring precision can reach to 0.3%.
