不同潮气量机械通气对失血性及内毒素休克复苏早期兔肺的影响

摘要
休克是临床常见的急危重症,尤其是感染性休克很容易发展至急性肺损伤乃至多器官功能障碍综合征。然而需要机械通气的休克患者在复苏过程中应采用多大的潮气量未定论。我们的研究分别以失血性休克和静脉注射内毒素产生内毒素休克为模型,研究2种休克肺损伤的特点,从肺病理及生理角度探讨休克复苏早期机械通气潮气量的选择。
