摘要
从《伤寒论》原文来看,阳明证,脉浮滑或滑,用白虎汤;脉洪大,用白虎加人参汤。从历代文献之脉洪大的意义以及仲景用药来看,脉洪大应为白虎加人参汤证的主脉,而非白虎汤证的主脉。
According to Treatise an Febrile Diseases, Baihu Decoction is prescribed when one gets Yangming syndrome and float or slippery pulse, while Baihu Renshen Decoction is used when large and vigorous vigorous pulse appears, Acoording tO the definitions of large and vigorous pulse in TCM academy of generations and Zhang Zhongjing＇s drug administration, large and ,ngorous pulse shoald not be the primary pulse of the Baihu Decoction syndrome, but of Bilhu Renshen Decuon syndrome.
