摘要
针对目前车辆称重方法的不足,开发了基于电容传感器的车载式车辆称重装置。文章从结构设计、测量原理对称重装置作了介绍,重点讨论了其静态特性测试过程,提供了相应的试验数据,根据试验数据,从非线性、重复性、迟滞性等方面进行了误差分析,给出了迟滞补偿办法,显示了该电容称重装置的突出优点;电容式车辆称重装置具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the shortage of the present method of traffic weighing, a kind of traffic weighing device based on capacitance weighing is developed. The device's design and structure and the measuring principle are introduced, and the measuring process of static characteristics is discussed in detail. The related experiment data is given,and error analysis is made in terms of nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis. The correction method of hysteresis is presented. This capacitance weighing device for traffic vehicles has outstanding advantages and is practicable in application.
