摘要
利用PC实现面向小环境的变温控制,控制被控小室的温度按照使用者要求的温度变化规律变化或者实现恒温控制,以上两种控制过程都能很好地达到±0.05℃的控制精度。系统下位机采用以MCS51为中心的单片机系统,外围扩展了RAM存储、数据采集、冷热源设备驱动电路等,同时利用RS485总线来发送与接收数据;上位机通过VB程序实现控制算法,完成数据的存储、分析和处理,提供良好的人机交互界面,同时PC(上位机)的RS232串口连接RS485与RS232的转换器后也可利用RS485总线接收和发送数据。
An alterable temperature-control system for microenvironment, which can not only drive the microenvironment temperature changing as the rules of user's request but also keep the temperature invariable, is carried out by using of PC. Slave computer system is the MCS51 SCM (single chip microcomputer) system, which is extended by extending RAM, collecting data module, module of driving heat/cold source device and so on, meanwhile communicating with PC in serial way by RS485. Host computer (PC) takes charge of controlling arithmetic by VB program; fulfills data storage, analysis, and data handling; provides a good operating interface for users; and meanwhile communicates with SCM system by use of RS485 which is converted by RS232/485 converting device from PC's RS232 interface.
