在推进现代农业的过程中,应高度重视农村市场体系建设,加快物流产业发展,充分发挥现代流通在现代农业建设中的积极作用,促进我国农业现代化水平不断提高。现代流通对农业生产的导向作用表现为通过提供市场信息引导农业发展,通过联系和签订定单保证农产品销售以及通过规范产品要求促进农业规模经营;现代流通对农产品质量的把关作用表现为对农产品质量的把关,加强农产品质量安全监管和市场服务以及增强农产品经营者、生产者、加工者的质量意识;现代流通对农产品购销的组织作用表现为培育多种形式的农村流通组织,健全完善各种形式的市场和发展新型流通业态;现代流通对农产品市场的开拓作用表现为重视连锁经营网络的采购功能,加强连锁经营网络的推销功能,发挥其在农业产业化经营中的龙头作用以及开拓农产品贸易的国际市场。
The author points out that, in the process of promoting the development of modern agriculture, we should give high priority to the construction of rural market system, accelerate the development of logistic industry, give full play to the role of modern circulation in the construction of modern agriculture, and promote the level of agricultural modernization. The role modern circulation play in leading agricultural production is demonstrated in such aspects as leading agricultural development by providing market information, guaranteeing the sale of agricultural products and promoting scale economy. The role modern circulation play in guaranteeing quality of agricultural products is demonstrated in such aspects as strengthening supervision and market service. The role modern circulation play in organizing purchase and sale of agricultural products is demonstrated in cultivating diversified rural circulation organization, improving diversified market style and developing new mode of business for circulation. The role modern circulation play in exploiting is demonstrated in paying attention to chain operation, giving full play to the leading role of agricultural industrialization and exploiting the international market for agricultural trade.
