摘要
方法根据孤东油田九区西块原油粘度及井网分布状况,选择不同的开采工艺,另外,在蒸汽吞吐井生产末期挤入降粘剂来提高周期产油量,并应用化学添加剂提高蒸汽吞吐效果。目的选择适合各单井的稠油开采新工艺,提高开井率,并试验应用蒸汽吞吐配套新工艺延长生产周期,提高周期产油量。结果试验区1993年正式投入开发,至1995年6月底,累积生产原油17.8900×10~4t,累积采出水9.8300×10~4m^3,回采水率123%。结论中、高粘度的稠油油藏,蒸汽吞吐开发初期可采取非注汽工艺与蒸汽吞吐工艺相结合的方式综合开采,蒸汽吞吐开发可大大提高该类油藏的采油速度;固井质量差的老井,开发初期可运用非注汽工艺开采,来提高油井开井率;此外,注汽开发中可选用合适的化学添加剂,来改善开发效果。
Method Different recovery technologies were chosen according to oil viscosity and pattern shape in west block of the ninth zone of Gudong oil field. In addition,other measures such as squeezing viscosity-reducing agent during late production period of steam soaking well,and chemical additive were also used to enhance periodic production and steam soaking result. Purpose To choose proper heavy oil recovery technology for each single well,to enhance well working rate,and to test for extending production period and improving periodic production by using matching technology of steam soaking. Result Pilot area was put on production in 1993. UP to the end of June 1990,cumulative oil production was 17. 890 0×104 t,cumulative water produced was 9. 830 0×104 m3,the ratio of produced water to injected water was 123%. Conclusion For those heavy oil reservoirs with mid-high viscosity, integrated development of combining steam soaking with other technologies is suitable for early development period of steam soaking. Steam soaking can improve rate of oil production of such kind of reservoir to a great extent. For those old wells with low cementing quality,other technologies than steam injection can be used to enhance well working rate in early development period. In addition,proper chemical additives can be used to improve development result during steam injection period.
