摘要
利用电子鼻分析了商业化采摘期采收的红星苹果采后的货架期质量变化情况。苹果采后在常温下放置40 d,期间利用电子鼻检测其质量的变化情况,通过主成分分析及货架期分析等方法,预测苹果的采后货架期。为了评价电子鼻的分析能力,将其预测结果与传统的理化检测方法(硬度、pH、可溶性固形物、淀粉指标)得到的结果进行了比较,结果证明了电子鼻预测苹果货架期的准确性。
An electronic nose was used to evaluate the quality changes of ' Hongxing' apples after harvested . Apples were stored under room temperature for forty days, quality changes were measured by electronic nose. Through principal component analysis (PCA) and shelf life map, the electronic nose could predict shelf life of apples after harvested. In order to evaluate the performance of this instrument, the predicted results were compared with traditional physical measurements (firmness, pH, soluble solid content and starch index). The results shown that electronic nose prediction of shelf life was accurate.
