摘要
讨论了交—交变频调速系统故障诊断的重要性,在当前的检测方法与故障诊断手段研究的基础上,提出了基于DSP和小波分析的变频调速系统故障诊断方法,建立了故障诊断系统;采用了基于小波能量的机电设备状态检测方法,充分利用了DSP强大的数据处理功能,以及小波分析所具有的对非平稳信号的分析处理能力和多分辨力的特性;建立了交—交变频调速系统的数学模型。经仿真实验证明:该方法适用于变频调速系统的故障诊断。
The importance of fault diagnosis for AC-AC frequency conversion drivers is discussed, based on the study state at home and abroad. The methods of fault diagnosis for frequency conversion drivers based on DSP and the wavelet analysis are presented. The fault diagnosis system is built. The electromechanical equipment state detection based on the wavelet energy is used. The system makes full use of the power date disposing capability of DSP and the characteristics of wavelet analysis. The wavelet analysis is effect on the analysis and the processing of unsteady signals and its multi-resolution analysis technique. The mathematical mold of AC-AC frequency conversion drivers is established. The simulation results prove that the proposed method is feasible.
