摘要
微波与无线电波、电视信号、雷达通讯、红外线、可见光等都属于电磁波，只是波长各不相同。微波是频率在300兆赫到300千兆赫的电磁波（波长1毫米-1米），通常用于电视、广播、通讯技术中，而现代应用中又将它扩展为一种新能源。即作为一种能量在工农业上进行加热、干燥，在化学工业中进行催化促进化学反应，在科学研究中进行激发等离子体等。家用微波炉就是微波能应用的一个典型例子，
At present,microwave has wide application in the baking and drying of various types of materials,colthes,fur,primary products,etc.and the sanitization of medical equipment,tableware waste,etc.In recent years,the application and the research of microwave sanitization and sterilization are widening and deepening.However,due to short history of this field,there are untouched corners in the relevant researches and there are problems which deserve further researches in the existent applications.The author expects that the application research on microwave heating,sanitization and sterilization can be more furitful through efforts and hopes that more social and economic benefits could be achieved by applying the research fruits in fire brigades.
